These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This price will be the final shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Returns accepted within 6 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused, resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued as store credit, excluding shipping charges.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Claims must be submitted within 90 days. Pre-paid return shipping will be reimbursed upon approval. Processing time: 7 days. Options: refund, store credit, or replacement (if in stock).

4. Delivery Terms

Generally 2 – 7 days.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

Generally 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Warehouse operates Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

Can be done before order dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Postal services only. No courier delivery available to P.O. Boxes.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

Available via USPS only.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

In-stock items are shipped first; backordered items shipped later.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delayed, contact us to investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications

Tracking link provided after dispatch.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If damaged, reject delivery or contact customer service with evidence.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Applicable on international orders. Customer is responsible. If refused, return costs will be deducted from refund.

8. Cancellations

Allowed before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to return policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels insured up to courier-declared value.

9.1 Parcel Damaged In-Transit

Refund or replacement processed post courier investigation.

9.2 Parcel Lost In-Transit

Refund or replacement processed once courier confirms loss.
